Shift patterns: 8am-2pm / 3:30pm-9pm

The ideal candidate will be reliable, caring and passionate about making a positive difference to our Service User's lives. You will be able to work as part of a team while using your initiative, have a person centred approach, 

You will be required to drive to each customers home and perform care related duties as outlined in the individuals person centred care plan.

Employment is subject to a minimum of two satisfactory references and an enhanced DBS.

Applicants should be 18 years or over and hold a full British Driving Licence and have access to a suitable vehicle.
